Our two branches are situated in Durbanville and Loevenstein – each nestled in a cosy, upmarket neighbourhood in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Here, you'll find a calm and friendly space where new and expecting parents can turn to for guidance, support and gentle ways to nurture yourself and your new baby.
We offer evening antenatal courses, as well as a compact Saturday "crash course". It is our mission to provide couples with the latest, evidence-based information, presented in a fun and positive environment. We take the time to address your physical and emotional needs in order to promote a healthy and enjoyable pregnancy, birth and
parenting journey.
After the birth of your baby, our team of caring midwives can provide support, physical exams, assist with breastfeeding, and answer any questions you may have. Our goal is to stay connected with you to ensure a healthy development and close bond between you and your baby.
Attend our age-appropriate Baby & Me stimulation classes to facilitate physical and emotional development in your baby and meet other new mommies in the area. Nurture yourself and your baby by attending our practical and informative workshops on baby massage, starting solids, infant CPR & first aid, or choosing the right breast pump for when going back to work.
